This city is located the land of 44 islands of which the main are Uznam, Wolin and Karsibór. It has one if the widest beaches where many events are being held. Still ferry crossing especially in summer my require much effort and take some time.

Sights

The King Jesus Christ Church
This church has interior a hanged tall ship model with unique organ. From half of May till half of September you can enjoy here Świnoujście Organ Evenings.

Ratusz (King Hall)
The building dating from XIX century that houses Fishery Museum presenting exhibits with reference to history of fishery, city and the whole region, old navigation devices and the sea fauna. This building houses many exhibitions.

Lighthouse
The highest Baltic lighthouse (68 meters high) and one of the highest in the world.

Bakenow Mill
There are characteristic signalisation or navigation signs situated on the seaside.

Promenade
Includes a band shell with many sculptures.

Fortifications
East battery – Gerhard Fort (on Wolin Island), and Bateria Zachodnia (West Battery) and fort Anioła (Angel Fort on Uznam Island).

Karsibór Island
With seat of birds called Karsiborksa Kępa.

Zdrojowy Park (SPA Park)
It is a park of historical value with rare trees specimen.

Star Sea Mother of God Church

Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Karsiborz
It is a Gothic church that was built in place of historical crossing through Świnia River.

West Breakwater
Structure of 350 metres long raised in 1818-1923 at the end of a beach on Uznam Island at the mouth of Świnia river to Baltic Sea.

East Breakwater
Structure of above 1400 metres long raised in 1818-1923 on right side of city on Wolin island at the mouth of Świnia river- it is the longest stone breakwater in Europe.
